We’re always suckers for naturals. Especially Pacamara variety naturals. Gilberto Baraona, creator of this gorgeous coffee, has a long history of experimenting with different varietals and processing methods on his farm, Los Pirineos. It takes mad skill to create such a powerful yet balanced coffee with just the right amount of acidity. 

This natural pacamara has notes of grapefruit, pineapple, lime, raisin, and brown sugar. And, we’re head over heels in love with it!

All of our coffees are roasted to order and shipped whole bean to ensure maximum freshness.

Los Pirineos is a unique farm and Gilberto Baraona is a unique producer. His strategy is to experiment with different cultivars, and assess which ones work best on each part of his farm (as the altitudes range broadly across Los Pirineos).
