Frinsa Estate is run by Wildan Mustofa and Atieq Mustikaningtyas, pioneers of quality-focused coffee production in West Java. Since starting their first project in 2010, they’ve built a fully integrated operation at 1,400–1,600 MASL, overseeing every stage from harvest to export. While the region is traditionally known for wet-hulled coffees, Wildan and Atieq have consistently pushed towards cleaner, more expressive profiles through natural and experimental fermentation.
Each coffee is carefully separated by plot, cultivar and harvest date, with meticulous processing and storage helping preserve clarity and character. For this extended fermentation natural, that approach creates a cup that’s funky and complex without sacrificing precision.
Beyond flavour, Frinsa Estate invests in water conservation, reforestation and collaboration with local smallholders through the Frinsa Collective. Their combination of experimentation, care and transparency is exactly why we keep coming back to their coffees.
