How can I change my subscription/put my subscription on hold?

You can manage your subscription through your account page by logging in.

Are your coffees organic?

All coffees are organically produced. We are SKAL certified and some coffees we roast are organic-certified. The reason not all coffees are certified is because of the high costs associated with the certification for the farmers.

How should I store my coffee?

To keep your coffee beans fresh and flavourful, we recommend storing them in an airtight container at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Avoid storing them in the fridge or freezer, as the moisture and odours can affect the taste of the coffee. Our coffees are best enjoyed 2-8 weeks after roasting. You can always find the roasting date in the front of the coffee bag.

What if I'm not satisfied with my coffee?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! If for any reason you’re not happy with your coffee, please contact us and we’ll do our best to make it right.

Why do you only sell whole beans?

Grinding your coffee is the moment when you unleash all the flavours from the bean. This is best to do right before you are brewing your coffee.

How do I know where your coffees come from?

For each of our coffees we provide information on the country of origin, area, environmental characteristics, and farm.

You can see all details on the product page of each coffee.

Why are you not selling blends?

We believe all farmers deserve the spotlight for their hard working in producing the best coffee beans.

That’s why we don’t blend and you can taste the exact flavours of that one specific coffee. To know what you’re buying, we name our coffees after the farmer, the farm or the washing station we scource that coffee from.
