Shipping Days
We dispatch orders from Monday to Thursday. If you place your order before 12:00 pm CET on these days, it will be shipped the same day. Orders placed after this time will be sent on the next available shipping day. Please be aware that for wholesale orders, shipping occurs once a week on Fridays.
Local Pick-Up
Yes, you can collect your coffee directly from our roastery! To arrange a local pick-up:

Please Note:
- Orders are ready for pick-up the next business day.
- Our office hours are 10:00 am – 4:00 pm on weekdays.
- Local pick-ups are not available on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.

Shipping Costs to Your Country
Within the EU: Shipping is calculated at a fixed rate based on your country. Enjoy free shipping when your order exceeds the minimum threshold for your destination.
Outside the EU: We use express carriers, and shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your shipment. The exact shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process.
