Please note that your order will be ready for pick-up the next business day. Our office hours are 10:00 am – 4:00 pm on weekdays, and local pick-ups are not available on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays.
Your order will be shipped within 2 business days. We ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. If you place your order before 12:00 pm CET on these days, it will ship the same day. Orders placed after this time will ship on the next available shipping day. Please note: If a product or specific coffee is out of stock, we will contact you regarding any potential delays. Wholesale orders are shipped weekly on Fridays.

For orders within the EU, shipping costs are calculated at a fixed rate based on your destination. Free shipping is available once your order exceeds the minimum threshold for your location. For orders outside the EU, we ship via express carrier, and shipping costs are determined by the weight of your package. You will see the shipping costs for your location during checkout.
You can manage or pause your subscription by logging into your account and adjusting your settings.
Currently, the only available option for updating your saved payment method is PayPal. To change your payment method to PayPal, please log in to your account, navigate to the payment settings, and select PayPal as your preferred payment option. If you encounter any difficulties or have further questions, feel free to contact our customer support team for assistance.
All of our coffees are organically produced, and we are SKAL certified. Some of our coffees also carry organic certification, though not all. The reason for this is the high cost of certification for some farmers, which can be a barrier.
For optimal freshness, store your coffee beans in an airtight container at room temperature, away from direct sunlight and heat. Avoid storing them in the fridge or freezer, as this can introduce moisture and odours that affect the taste. Our coffee is best enjoyed between 2-8 weeks after roasting, and the roast date is listed on the front of every bag.
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase! If you’re not happy with your coffee for any reason, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
Grinding coffee just before brewing ensures maximum flavour. That’s why we only sell whole beans — to give you the freshest and most flavourful cup possible.
For each coffee, we provide detailed information about its origin, including the country, region, environmental characteristics, and farm. You can find all this information on the product page of each coffee.
We believe that every farmer deserves recognition for their hard work in producing exceptional coffee. That’s why we focus on single-origin coffees, allowing you to experience the unique flavours of each specific farm. Each coffee is named after the farmer, farm, or washing station where it was sourced.
