We’ve teamed up with an ambitious new project in Pitalito, Huila to bring you this vibrant Colombian espresso. Caimo Collective supports local farmers by rewarding quality, building traceability, and ensuring better incomes through a unique two-stage payment model.
A fruity and balanced Colombian espresso with dried apricot, guava, and rich honey sweetness. Smooth and structured – great on its own, even better as a creamy cappuccino.
Want to learn more about this coffee?
This coffee comes from a new collaborative project in Bruselas, Pitalito, Huila – designed to give smallholder farmers a better deal. Many high-quality lots in the region often end up in generic blends. The Caimo Collective is changing that by identifying exceptional community-grown coffees and turning them into traceable, fruit-forward microlots.
Named after a tropical fruit native to the Amazon, Caimo represents both flavour and fairness. The producers receive two payments: one upfront for meeting quality standards, and a second (“reliquidation”) after the sale, ensuring greater income and long-term impact. By supporting this coffee, you’re helping to fund post-harvest education, access to financing, and financial literacy workshops—tools that help farmers keep growing great coffee.
