Perched at 1100–1200 m.a.s.l., this mountain farm benefits from nutrient-rich soils, native forests, and incredible natural springs that create ideal growing conditions. In Brazil, an altitude above 1000 m.a.s.l. is considered high and often correlates with superior quality due to slower coffee cherry maturation, resulting in more complex flavors. With over three generations of expertise, the farm has perfected every step of coffee production to ensure optimal quality. Beyond coffee, Fazenda Passeio prioritizes sustainability and community. By protecting the environment and supporting its on-site collaborators—including providing education for their children—the farm embodies a deep commitment to both its people and the land.
