Farm Overview

Located in the south of Ethiopia, the highlands of the Sidama region host the land where this fine Ethiopian coffee grows under permanent protective shade. The volcanic soil of the African rift valley gives it its particular character. The Marabou Cooperative is a unique place where quality is most important.

Cupping Profile

We have to say that this is so true. You’ll probably get the incredible aromas right away in the nose. We bought this coffee for it’s profound character, think of black tea and bergamot (yes, that’s earl grey), together with black chocolate, lime and a great caramel sweetness. We hope you’ll like it as much as we do!
