When these terms apply

These terms apply to all online orders, subscriptions, and services purchased through our webshop.

Our offers

  • Clear product descriptions
  • Transparent pricing
  • Delivery costs shown upfront
  • Return eligibility shown when relevant
  • Validity period for promotions

Placing an order means you accept the offer and conditions as shown.

Returns & withdrawal

  • You may return most products within 14 days of receiving them.
  • Freshly roasted coffee cannot be returned (it’s a fresh product).
  • Items must be unused and in original packaging.
  • Follow the return instructions included in your confirmation email.

Return shipping & refunds

  • Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
  • Refunds are issued within 30 days of receiving the returned product.

Items you can’t return

  • Fresh coffee or tea
  • Personalised or made-to-order items
  • Training sessions tied to a specific date

Prices

  • Prices remain valid during the stated offer period.
  • VAT changes may affect pricing.
  • Some items may have variable prices due to market conditions — we’ll always indicate this.
  • All webshop prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.

Quality guarantee

Our products meet all legal standards and match the description provided. Any manufacturer warranties are additional to your legal rights.

Shipping & delivery

  • Orders are packed and shipped with care.
  • Delivery is made to the address provided during checkout.
  • If an item is delayed or unavailable, we will inform you quickly.
  • If a replacement item is offered, we will notify you before shipping.

Subscriptions

  • Open subscriptions can be cancelled anytime with a one-month notice.
  • Fixed-term subscriptions end automatically unless the law allows renewal.
  • If renewed, cancellation will always be simple and transparent.

Payment

  • Online orders must be paid before shipping.
  • Invoices must be paid within 14 days.
  • Please report incorrect payment details as soon as possible.
  • Unpaid invoices may incur reasonable collection costs as permitted by Dutch law.
