This washed coffee was produced by Maricela Joven Penagos, a first-generation coffee grower in Guadalupe, Huila. On her 2-hectare farm, she cultivates Pink Bourbon and Papayo at 1750 masl with the help of a small, dedicated team. With support from Coocentral’s smallholder project, Maricela is investing in quality – from improved fermentation to drying under marquesinas – and contributing to a more sustainable coffee future.
