Five years ago, brothers Néstor and Adrián Lasso set out to change the status quo, transforming their family farm, El Diviso, into an epicenter for experimental coffee. Based in Pitalito, Huila, at 1750 masl, they joined forces with Jhoan Vergara and exporter Cata Export to rewrite the rules of Colombian specialty coffee.

Their dedication is evident in this rare Ombligon lot, processed via a highly precise “Advance Natural” protocol. The method utilizes distinct phases of oxidation, anaerobic environments, a 50°C thermal shock, and a unique 50/50 fresh and rehydrated cherry blend, before drying under total darkness.
