While many roasteries have been spotlighting Los Nogales coffees lately, we’ve never been ones to chase trends. For us, superb coffees naturally find their way into our catalog. That’s exactly what happened with this stunning lot. During a blind cupping, its brilliance stood out instantly. As luck would have it, we were joined by Peter from Cupp Coffee, who was searching for a show-stopping coffee for his National Barista Championship. Tasting it, we looked at each other and knew: this is the kind of coffee to impress a judge.
