Tartopia Beer (4 x 330ml)

Forget everything you think you know about beer with coffee and taste our Tartopia, created in collaboration with Eleven Brewery! This sour is brewed with Dimtu, our anaerobic coffee from Ethiopia. This coffee is processed in a special way: after harvesting, the coffee berries are fermented for a week in sealed bags, which gives this coffee its unique fruity and funky character. At Keen, the beans are lightly roasted so that the fruity flavours play the leading role. During the brewing we made liters and liters of filter coffee all day long to add it just before fermentation. To boost the fruity character, we added some apricot to the brew. Together, this ensures a particularly fresh and balanced sour beer that is perfect for warm spring days!
