Produced by Esnider Rodriguez and crafted using Esteban’s signature Diamante anaerobic process, the new crop brings a brighter, cleaner expression to a Keen favourite. After 40 hours of controlled fermentation and slow natural drying, the cup opens with crisp red apple, gentle brown spice, and a lifted vanilla sweetness.
Silky, elegant, and strikingly vibrant, it’s a refreshed take on a coffee that has meant so much to us over the years – familiar in its warmth, yet excitingly new in its clarity.
