This coffee is the result of a partnership with Tariku Kare, a visionary producer working in the Bensa district. The cherries are grown by over 650 smallholder farmers at altitudes reaching 2,150 MASL on Bombe Mountain. What makes this lot truly special is the Sugarcane (Ethyl Acetate) decaffeination process. Unlike traditional methods, this natural approach uses a compound derived from fermented sugarcane to gently remove caffeine while locking in the sweetness and complexity of the coffee.
