Content

Master the Art of Extraction. Dive deep into espresso evaluation and learn to steer every extraction with precision. We explore flavour parameters in practice so you can achieve the exact taste you imagine.

Is this for you? The Espresso Master is for experienced baristas who can dial in a grinder and steam milk to SCA standards. New to coffee? Start with our Keen Barista Essentials training.

Note: To ensure a high-quality experience, Keen reserves the right to move participants to the Essentials level if the required experience is not yet met.

Location

Keen’s barista trainings take place at our Utrecht roastery (Tractieweg 93). We are easily accessible by car with free parking, or just a 10-minute walk from Utrecht Zuilen station.

Exam

This training is part of Keen’s professional barista training programme. Please note there is no formal exam for this specific training. Are you looking for an SCA certificate?
