Content

Designed by our head trainer and pro team, these sessions are built to elevate your skills. Choose the level that fits your experience:

Latte Art Foundation (Morning, 3h): We lay the groundwork. After a breakdown of essential frothing and pouring techniques, you’ll dive into practice to master milk control and create your first shapes.

Latte Art Professional (Afternoon, 3h): We go deeper into the chemistry of aeration and refined techniques for complex patterns. Requirement: You must already be able to steam consistent, bubble-free microfoam.

Both sessions offer hands-on guidance and maximum practice time. Want to go all-in? Combine both for a full day of Latte Art mastery!

Location

Keen’s barista trainings take place at our Utrecht roastery (Tractieweg 93). We are easily accessible by car with free parking, or just a 10-minute walk from Utrecht Zuilen station.

Exam

This is part of Keen’s professional barista programme. No formal exam applies here. Looking for an SCA certificate? We also offer official SCA training including exams and certification.
